Terms and Conditions

1. Seller. The online shop at https://sklep.idachy.com is operated by IDACHY Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Wadowice, ul. Lwowska 16, Poland (KRS 0000887502, NIP 5512648238, REGON 388329618).

3. Orders. Orders placed through the shop are binding upon payment confirmation. We reserve the right to verify orders before shipment, especially for international orders.

4. Payment methods. imoje (cards, BLIK, fast bank transfer), standard bank transfer, cash on delivery (after phone consultation).

5. Shipping. Domestic (PL): courier shipping, free from the threshold configured in the store. International (EN): standard shipping 100 EUR, free from 3000 EUR. Shipping times: typically 1–3 business days (PL), 3–10 days (EU).

6. Right of withdrawal. Consumers may withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, per Polish Consumer Rights Act (ustawa o prawach konsumenta).

7. Returns. Returned goods must be unopened and in original packaging. Refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping cost of the return is borne by the buyer.

8. Complaints. Warranty claims can be filed via email ([email protected]). The seller will respond within 14 days.

9. Personal data. Data is processed according to GDPR. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes are to be resolved by the court competent for the seller's registered office, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.
