2. Scope. This policy describes how we process your personal data when you visit sklep.idachy.com, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us.

3. Data we collect. Name, email, phone, shipping/billing address (at checkout); company name & NIP/VAT (for B2B invoices); IP and browser info (for security and analytics).

4. Purpose of processing. Order fulfilment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), accounting & legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), marketing with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), legitimate interest — fraud prevention, analytics (Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent. Exercise rights via [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

6. Data retention. Order data: 5 years (tax obligation). Newsletter subscribers: until unsubscribed. Contact form: up to 3 years. Analytics: up to 26 months.

7. Recipients. Courier companies (for delivery), payment providers (imoje by ING Bank), accounting service, IT infrastructure providers (Hostinger, Cloudflare, MongoDB Atlas), email provider (Google Workspace).

8. International transfers. Some providers (Google, Cloudflare) may process data in the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses and EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

9. Cookies. We use essential cookies (cart, session), analytics cookies (optional, via consent), and advertising cookies (optional, Google Ads). You can manage preferences via browser settings.

10. Security. HTTPS/TLS, encrypted passwords, access controls, regular backups. In case of a data breach we notify affected users and UODO within 72h.
