Sigmafast 205 – Exceptionally chemically resistant two-component primer-enamel. High solids epoxy containing zinc phosphate, hardened with polyamide. Product dries very quickly and exhibits resistance to most weather conditions, with the exception of UV. High resistance to abrasion, mechanical damage and corrosion. Can be overcoated with most polyurethane and epoxy systems. The coating is very flexible, protects steel and concrete, additionally it is seal and water impermeable. Serves as a primer or, product intended exclusively for professional use. Applicators and operators should be trained, experienced and possess the ability and equipment to mix and apply coatings correctly in accordance with Jotun technical documentation. During work, applicators and operators should use appropriate personal protective equipment. These guidelines are based on current knowledge of the product. Any suggested deviations according to site conditions should be reported to the responsible Jotun representative for approval before work commences. Pay attention to warnings on the packaging. Apply in well-ventilated conditions. Do not inhale product vapours or mist. Avoid skin contact. Contaminated skin should be wiped immediately with appropriate cleaning agent, soap and water.
