SolidPaint 202 epoxy paint is a two-component, fast-drying polyamine-cured product pigmented with zinc phosphate. It is designed for use as a primer and topcoat in infrastructure and industrial construction, as well as in the mechanical and shipbuilding industries. It is ideal for protecting steel structures, concrete and elements exposed to aggressive weather and chemical conditions.

Ideal application for:

Application Instructions:
- Surface preparation: the surface should be dry, clean and free from contamination. In the case of steel, the surface should be cleaned to St 3 according to EN ISO 8501-1: 2008. For galvanized steel and aluminum, it is recommended to thoroughly degrease with Solid Cleaner 05 and roughen the surface.
- Mixing: Base and hardener should be mixed at a ratio of 100:5.5 by weight or 100:8.5 by volume. After mixing, Solid Thinner 92 can be added at 0-5% by volume, depending on the consistency required.
- Application: the paint can be applied by brush, roller or hydrodynamic spray. The recommended thickness of a single coat is 50-120 μm. Touch drying time is about 3 hours at 20°C. Subsequent coats can be applied after a minimum of 4 hours.
- Curing: The coating is fully cured after 7 days at 20°C. At lower temperatures, the curing time may increase.
Safety:
Ensure adequate ventilation of the room during application. It is recommended to use protective clothing, gloves and protective masks. In case of contact with eyes or skin, immediately flush the area with water and consult a doctor.
