Description

Jotun Vinyguard Silvergrey 88 – Norwegian premium, one-component physical drying coating. Quick-drying anti-corrosion primer with very strong properties to protect steel from degradation and corrosion development. Can be used as a primer or between coats in weathered or submerged conditions. Suitable for properly prepared steel substrates. In the land segment, Jotun Vinyguard 88 paint works well as a primer for protecting steel, galvanized sheet metal, as a vinyl base for use with Jotun brand topcoats. In the marine segment, it works well for the above-water part, primer and superstructure, as a bonding layer in antifouling paint systems. To ensure permanent adhesion to the next product, all surfaces should be clean, dry and free of any debris. The product is also suitable for properly prepared carbon steel or galvanized substrates.
