Sigmazinc 19 – Incredibly durable one-component epoxy-zinc paint product, with very good anti-corrosion properties, more than 90% zinc considering the weight of the product. Coating designed to make repairs with two-component epoxy-zinc primers or silicate primers. It can be used to restore aged rusted galvanized steel. The product cures at temp. – 10°C and resistant to temp. 125°C with periodic increases to as high as 175°C.

Description
Sigmazinc 19 – Incredibly durable one-component epoxy-zinc paint product, with very good anti-corrosion properties, more than 90% zinc considering the weight of the product. Coating designed to make repairs with two-component epoxy-zinc primers or silicate primers. It can be used to restore aged rusted galvanized steel. The product cures at temp. – 10°C and resistant to temp. 125°C with periodic increases to as high as 175°C. The applied coating system must not saponify, is fast-drying and can be repainted after a short time.
This product is intended for professional use only. Applicators and operators should be trained, experienced and have the capability and equipment to mix/mix and properly apply coatings according to Sigma’s technical documentation. During work, applicators and operators should use appropriate personal protective equipment.
