Hydrophobic impregnate for concrete – Yumasil Gs

Description

Yumasil GS – High-quality, colorless, solvent-based solution of organosilicone resins (silicones). The impregnant deeply penetrates the structure of the substrate, significantly reducing the absorbency of the floors and at the same time making the substrate remain vapor permeable. The impregnant, while penetrating the substrate, reacts with the moisture in it to form a barrier to the moisture itself. This unique feature of Yumasil GS makes it suitable for use even on damp surfaces. The barrier formed by the impregnant protects against the development of efflorescence, increases the frost resistance of the substrate, and facilitates the removal of oil stains and other contaminants. The impregnated substrate can be painted with any paint, plastered or coated with construction adhesives.
